On Sunday night in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, a young woman of Afghan origin was pushed off by her own friends from the moving car on the highway and escaped from the spot. On the complaint of the woman, Daurala police has registered a case against four accused. The accused are also from Afghanistan. At night, the police handed over the victim to the Nizamuddin Police Station in Delhi. After this, the police breathed a sigh of relief. The entire case is on NH 58 near Sivaya Toll Plaza.
Woman went to visit Rishikesh with three friends
The 40-year-old Selva from Afghanistan lives in a 22-Bhogle colony near the ashram in New Delhi. Many other families also live here, who are of Afghan origin. Two days ago, Selva went to Haridwar-Rishikesh by car with his friends Mohammad Mulla, Saddik and Tabassum. Sunday night everyone was going back to Delhi. When these people reached near the Sivaya toll plaza on the highway, they were abused and beaten up over something.
The woman alleges that her accomplices beat her up and forcibly pushed her away from the moving car and took her luggage with her. When people saw the woman in disgrace on the road, they immediately informed the police. After getting the information, Daurala police station reached the spot and talked to the victim woman. The woman was not able to speak Hindi and English properly, so the police had a lot of trouble in understanding her.
Woman sent to Delhi
The in-charge of the police station gave information about the entire incident to higher officials. After which Daurala police reached the police station with the woman. Here this foreign lady pitted against her friends Mohammad Mulla, Saddik, Mustafa and Tabassum in the police station. The woman is currently living in Bhogle, Delhi. The police, after getting the tahrir at night, took necessary action and sent him to Delhi along with a female policeman. According to CO Daurala Sanjeev Dixit, the Afghan woman has given a tahrir accusing her friends of assault. A case is being registered on the basis of Tahrir and investigation is being done.
