Another twist has come to the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Dr. Sudhir Gupta, Chairman of the Forensic Medical Board of AIIMS, said two days ago that the team investigating the Sushant case has sidelined the murder theory. But, now a TV channel has released the audio of the conversation held before Dr. Gupta on this matter. It has been said to have investigated Mumbai Police and tampered with evidence.

Sunanda Pushkar case mentioned in viral audio

Dr. Gupta spoke to Republic TV reporter in August. Then Dr. Gupta had said that during the investigation of Sunanda Pushkar case, how he had allowed the crime scene to remain intact and did not even let anyone step in the room where Sunanda Pushkar’s body was found. In the conversation, he questioned the haste made by the Cooper Hospital in giving the autopsy report. He also said that the time of death was not given in this report.

Sudhir Gupta raised these questions

According to the audio, Dr. Gupta said – The team of 5 doctors underwent autopsy. Of these, only one was a junior level forensic doctor. The remaining 4 were medical officers. According to the rules, the panel should have forensic experts. Who created this medical board? Why Medical Board? How will the police explain about the medical board? What was the police waiting for? Where were Sushant’s nails? Why was Visara resurrected? Was the viscera report according to medical observation?

Dr. Sudhir Gupta on target with changed statements

On August 22, he cited flaws in the autopsy report and tampering with evidence, saying the evidence was not correct to conduct a forensic investigation with complete cleanliness. During this conversation, he also said that the crime scene has been tampered with in Sushant case. The crime scene is usually kept intact, but the Mumbai Police did not do so during the investigation. He had also pointed out that it was a case of extrapolating the evidence.
