Boney Kapoor is soon going to build Greater Noida International Film City. Akshay Kumar, T-Series and KC are involved in making this project. Bokadia's companies had placed their respective bids, but Boney Kapoor won the project by making the highest bid. If reports are to be believed, this is the dream project of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, which is ready to be completed as soon as possible. As per rules, if there is a delay in starting the project from the scheduled time, then Boney Kapoor will have to pay a fine of Rs 10 lakh per day.

On January 28, all the bidding companies had given their presentations before Industrial Development Commissioner Manoj Kumar. In this, representatives of four companies of Akshay Kumar, Boney Kapoor, T-Series and KC Bokadia had bid. Boney Kapoor's company Web View has won the contract to build the Film City by bidding with 10 percent revenue share, while KC Bokadia's company came second. Akshay Kumar's company was at third place and T series company was last with the lowest revenue share of 5.2 percent.

Now Boney Kapoor has got the project of International Film City in Greater Noida. He has joined hands with Bhutanese group for this project. This film city is in Sector 21 of Yamuna Authority of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In the first phase, global tender was floated for 230 acres of land.

Work on this project was going on for the last one and a half years. After many changes, work on this project has now started. Now, in order to complete the project as soon as possible, the officials associated with the project have clearly said that if the project is not started on time, then a fine of Rs 10 lakh will have to be paid per day.
