Akshay Kumar recently appeared in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ for the promotion of his upcoming film ‘Lakshmi Bomb’. During the shoot, the film’s team had a lot of fun with Kapil and his show members. This fun was not just limited to sets, but was also seen on social media. When Kapil thanked Akshay for appearing on his show, Akshay mockingly accused Kapil of bribing his marketing team.

Film released on 9 November
The trailer of ‘Laxmi Bomb’ was revealed on 9 October. Sharing it, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Wherever you are, stop and get ready to watch the trailer of #Laxmi Bomb, because Laxmi is coming to rain. #Yes Diwali Lakshmi Bomb Wali.” The film is a Hindi remake of the Tamil film Kanchana.
The film was earlier to be released in theaters on 22 May 2020. But it was pushed forward due to the lockdown caused by the Corona epidemic. The film will now air on the OTT platform Disney Plus Hot Star on November 9.
