Allahabad High Court has once again given a big blow to Bahubali MLA Vijay Mishra. The High Court has refused to release Vijay Mishra on bail. His bail application has been rejected. This order has been given by Justice Om Prakash.
Relative has written the case
An FIR has been lodged against Vijay Mishra by his relative Krishna Mohan Tiwari at Gopiganj police station in Bhadohi for occupying the house, threatening to kill him and pressurizing him to make a will in the name of his son. Considering the gravity of the allegations and his involvement in the offences, the court rejected the bail application of Vijay Mishra.
Lawyer said- Vijay respected person
Not a single argument of the lawyer of Bahubali MLA did not work. The lawyer said that he is a respected person, he has been acquitted in most of the cases and many cases have been withdrawn. The rest have been filed due to political rivalry. The allegations made in this case are baseless. No will has been made. Therefore, the MLA should be granted bail.
No one registers FIR due to bullying
In response to the argument of Vijay Mishra’s lawyer, it was said on behalf of the government that due to the arrogance of the petitioner, no one is able to muster the courage to register an FIR. Cases of heinous charges like murder, misconduct are registered against Vijay Mishra. Witnesses sit in the house in fear. They are in danger of life. If Vijay is granted bail, he will put pressure on the witnesses. It can also harm them.
Two weeks ago the wife did not even get bail
MLA Vijay Mishra’s MLC wife Ramlili Mishra also got a setback from the court. Two weeks ago, the court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act) Pushkar Upadhyay rejected the anticipatory bail application of Ramlili Mishra in the disproportionate assets case. The bail application was opposed by ADGC Vinay Kumar Singh. Vigilance Establishment had registered a case against MLA Vijay Mishra and his wife MLC Ramlili Mishra under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act on January 17, 2021 at Handia police station in Prayagraj.
