In the second T20 match played between Australia and West Indies, there was a controversy over the umpire's decision not to declare Alzarri Joseph out after he was run out. Actually, the umpire did not give Joseph out because the Australian cricketers did not appeal after Joseph was run out. This incident happened in the 19th over. Spencer Johnson was bowling the 19th over for Australia.
On the second ball of his over, Alzarri Joseph played a shot towards covers and ran for one run. Before he could reach the other end, Johnson spilled the beans. But, the Australian players did not appeal for run out. That's why the umpire did not give out.
After this, when the replay was shown on the big screen, it was clearly visible that Joseph could not reach inside the crease before the bails disintegrated. Australian captain Mitchell Marsh started celebrating after seeing this replay. But, the umpire stopped him from celebrating and made it clear that no player had appealed for run out, that is why Joseph is not out.
Australian players were enraged by this decision of the umpire and one player was recorded in the stump mic saying that this was nonsense. However, this decision had no impact on the outcome of the match and Australia won the match by 34 runs. Glenn Maxwell played an inning of 120 runs in 55 balls in this match.
Spencer Johnson had two successes.
Australia leads 2-0 in the series

Maxwell has made the record of scoring the fastest 5 T-20 International centuries. Maxwell achieved this feat in his 102nd match while Rohit has done this in 151 matches.
