Amitabh Bachchan revealed he was heartbroken after Mumbai Indians lost to Rajasthan Royals.

Amitabh Bachchan opened up about Mumbai Indiansโ€™ loss against Rajasthan Royalsโ€™ in the ongoing IPL 2024 tournament. The legendary actor made his way to Wankhede Stadium to watch the match. The superstar was spotted leaving the stadium on Monday night after the match with his head hung low. On Tuesday, Amitabh took to his blog and confessed he was disappointed that Mumbai Indians lost.

โ€œGot in late from the game IPL .. MI v RR .. and disappointed at MI loss , so grieved and retired .. but now ready for another day and another living ..โ€ he wrote on his blog. Mumbai Indians (MI) lost to Rajasthan Royals (RR) by six wickets. MI batted first and put up a weak target of 126 runs. RR chased the target with 5 overs left.

He also shared a video revealing that he took the Coastal Road Tunnel. Big B took to Instagram and shared a video from his car to give a glimpse of his ride. Seated in the backseat, Amitabh gave a view of the journey. The actor enjoyed music while he travelled through the tunnel.

Sharing the video, Amitabh said, โ€œWent first time in the TUNNEL โ€“ Enter before Haji Ali and out Half way to Marine Drive .. a Marvel !!โ€

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Ganapath โ€“ A Hero Is Born. The film was headlined by Tiger Shroff and also starred Kriti Sanon. The film did not work at the box office. The veteran actor will now be seen in Kalki 2898 AD. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film stars acclaimed actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani in significant roles. Santhosh Narayanan serves as the music director and the high-budget production is helmed by C Ashwani Dutt, associated with the esteemed Vyjayanthi Movies banner. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on May 8 this year.
