Washington Sundar made his Test debut on Team India’s last tour of Australia.

Sundar suffered this injury during Team India vs County Select practice match. He was playing for County Select team. Before him, Shubman Gill and Avesh Khan have also been ruled out of the series due to injuries. Avesh was also injured while playing for the county select team.
