Both iPhone 15 Pro models will be equipped with 8GB of RAM, compared to 6GB for the iPhone 14 Pro models.

Apple iPhone 15 Pro Launch: Ahead of the Apple iPhone 15 series launch event on September 12, a new report has claimed that the new iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will come with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, just like the previous iPhone 14 Pro models.

According to Taiwanese research firm TrendForce, both iPhone 15 Pro models will be equipped with 8GB of RAM, compared to 6GB for the iPhone 14 Pro models. The report suggested that increased RAM can contribute to improved performance, particularly for multitasking.

The lower-end iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models will have 6GB of RAM, the research firm said. The report also claims that the iPhone 15 Pro will start at $999 (around Rs.83,076) in the US. However, the research firm predicts that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will start at $1,199 (around Rs 99,713), which would be a $100 price increase compared to the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Other reports suggested that the basic iPhone 15 models are expected to stay in a similar price range as the iPhone 14. The iPhone 15 is anticipated to begin at $799 (approximately Rs. 59,000), while the iPhone 15 Plus might start at $899 (about Rs. 66,400).

As per leaks, the upcoming iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will come in new colours, including Midnight (Black), Starlight (White), Light Green, Yellow, Blue, and Orange (Coral Pink). Additionally, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max variant will be available Dark Blue, Silver-Gray, Space Black, and Titanium colour options.

Meanwhile, another report hinted that Apple could be preparing to make the ‘Made in India’ iPhone 15 available in India almost simultaneously with its global release,

According to sources cited by Economic Times, the Cupertino-based tech giant is using the Foxconn facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to bring the iPhone 15 to the Indian market around mid-September—narrowing the gap compared to the worldwide launch to just a few days—if not simultaneously.
