Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane shared a 76-run partnership for the fourth wicket.

Captain Ajinkya Rahane scored a brilliant century in the 3-day practice match being played between India A and Australia A. This helped Team India to score 237 runs on the first day at the loss of 8 wickets. India’s openers Prithvi Shaw, Shubman Gill and wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha could not open the account. Rahane returned to an unbeaten pavilion after finishing the first day’s game with 108 runs * and Mohammad Siraj 0 * runs.
