The court of Additional Sessions Judge Yajuvendra Vikram Singh of Varanasi rejected the bail plea of the accused after hearing the case of murderous attack. In the bail plea, the accused had said that the allegation of attack was baseless whereas the police report has confirmed the attack.

The ADJ rejected the bail plea of accused Ramji Yadav alias Rambali Yadav, Shyamji Yadav alias Shyambali, Vijay Yadav alias Gabbar and Ajay Kumar Yadav alias Balli Yadav, residents of Ashok Bihar Colony, Sarang Talab, Jaitpura police station.
In the same case, the court took seriously the medical report of the female plaintiff and the matter of attack on the woman at night. During the hearing, it was said that keeping the accused in jail is in the interest of the society, considering the seriousness of the crime. Rana Yadav and Veer Bahadur Singh Jailor opposed the bail plea in the court.
The prosecution told the court that the plaintiff Pooja Maurya had lodged an FIR of attack on her at Jaitpura police station on August 18. It was alleged that on August 17, 2024 at 8 pm, Pitu Yadav of the locality started abusing her and her wife who was returning from work, when she objected and asked him, he became furious.
The accused, Pintu Yadav, Bali Yadav, Gabbar Yadav, Dabar Yadav, Ram Bali Yadav, Shyam Bali Yadav took iron rods and knives from their house and together started beating the plaintiff and her mother. Pintu Yadav attacked her mother with a knife, due to which her mother received serious injuries on her hands, legs and head and her arm got broken.
These people tried to kill her mother, but she somehow managed to save her life and ran away. Her mother is admitted in Kabirchaura Hospital in a critical condition. Medical reports of all were also presented in the court, while the police report also helped in getting the bail petition rejected.
