Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer conducted a surprise inspection of Sahatwar and Maniyar police stations. The SP, who arrived late on Saturday evening, inspected the police station building, the mess and the barracks built in the premises. Along with this, he also thoroughly examined the important registers of the police station storehouse and the office.

The Superintendent of Police questioned the staff working at the women help desk of Dubhad and Bairia police stations and checked their work and the entries made in the register. By talking to the mobile numbers of the complainants mentioned in the register over the phone, feedback was taken from them regarding their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the action taken by the police.
While inspecting the CCTNS room, the SP inquired the CCTNS employees about the feeding of all the CCTNS forms. They were instructed to dispose of the applications received from online IGRS on time and upload the investigation report on time so that not even a single application becomes a defaulter.
The SP also visited the help desk of the policemen.
Add 10-10 people from each village to the digital volunteer group
The SP inquired about the operation of CCTV cameras installed in Dubhad and Bairia police station premises and office. He said that under no circumstances the power supply of CCTV should be cut off, in case of power failure, power should be supplied through generator or inverter.
A group of respectable people of every village has been formed in all the police stations of the district, which has been named as Digital Volunteer Group, through which information about any incident is received on time and this group is very important in the search of any missing person. 10-10 people from every village should be added to this group so that police and public can help each other. SP said that action taken on complaints received on dial 112 should be fed.
The SP instructed his subordinates to resolve the problems on time.
