Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Central University (BBAU) will soon start admissions for the session 2021-22. In this session, the university is going to conduct the entrance exam itself for admission. Earlier, it has been decided by the university administration not to participate in the same admission process of the Ministry of Human Resource Development this year.
Although, earlier it was being speculated that this time BBAU will complete the admission process by becoming a part of the combined admission process under the direction of MHRD, but putting an end to all those speculations, the university administration has taken this decision. However, for BTech and MBA, the university has already announced admission on the basis of IIT, JEE and CAT scores and their registration has also started.
According to BBAU spokesperson Dr. Rachna Gangwar, guidelines were also sought from MHRD in this regard from the university, but no concrete instructions have been received on it so far, the horrific situation of corona infection must have been the main reason behind it, In such a situation, the university administration has decided to start the admission process at its level. He claimed that continuous meetings are going on regarding the admission process. Meetings of the Admission Monitoring Committee and Brochure Committee are going on. It is expected that in July. The application process will start from the first or second week.
Application for UG to PhD in Central University –
Applications are taken in BBAU from graduation to PhD. In previous years this process used to start in the month of April. In such a situation, all admissions are completed by July. Due to the pandemic in the current session, there has been a delay in starting this process. There are more than 3 thousand seats in the university for all other courses including UG, PG, PhD.

There are courses for MCA, MPharm and three LLM
PhD- Economics, Masscom, IT, Hindi, Education, Sociology, Maths, State, Political Science, Physics, Management, Zoology, Chemistry, Law including subjects like 98 PhD seats in total 22 study fields. The one-year MPhil course offers 92 seats in ten subjects including Physics, Hindi, History, Management, Education, Economics and Sociology. However, there is no provision for M Phil in the new education policy, so it can be changed this time.
