Case of threat to cricketer Saha: Allegations against journalist Boria Majumdar; BCCI said – whoever it is, will take legal action on the written complaint

Entry in the stadium will be banned
BCCI said- We are going to inform all the state units across the country that Boria should not be allowed to enter any stadium. In domestic matches also, Boria will not be given media accreditation. Lack of media accreditation means that Majumdar will no longer be able to attend any press conference of Team India.

Apart from this, all Indian players will also be specifically asked not to have any kind of conversation with Boria Majumdar. Apart from this, the board will also complain to the ICC about Boria and has asked him to ban the ICC tournaments to be held around the world.

Saha expressed anger over misbehavior in return for his contribution to Indian cricket
This matter came to the fore when, on February 19 this year, Gujarat Titans wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha, while sharing a screen shot, wrote that even after contributing so much to Indian cricket, I am facing all this from a so called respected journalist. Is. What is the lowest level journalism has reached in our country? Saha also shared screen shots of Majumdar during this time.

It was written in them, ‘You didn’t call me. I will never interview you again. I don’t take a sip of humiliation easily. I will always remember this thing.’ Several X players, including former Team India coach Ravi Shastri, had appealed to BCCI President Sourav Ganguly to take cognizance of the matter.

After the matter came to light through social media, BCCI had constituted a 3-member inquiry committee with Vice President Rajiv Shukla, Treasurer Arun Dhumal and Apex Council member Prabhtej Bhatia.

Coming before the committee, Saha recognized Majumdar and made allegations of intimidation. However, in his defence, Majumdar had said that the screen shots have been tampered with.
