In the land dispute in Deoria, one side opened fire on the other side. The bullet passed very close to the young man. Due to which the young man narrowly escaped. On the information of the victim, the police arrested the accused. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against four people.

Pankaj Shukla alias Neelu Shukla (40 years), son of late Sachchidanand Shukla, a resident of Saran Buzurg village of Ekauna police station area, has a building material shop at Saran intersection. He was going to the shop by bike. Meanwhile, there was an altercation with village resident Surya Prakash Shukla alias Vipin Shukla over a road dispute. Controversy escalated on this and Vipin fired at Pankaj with a licensed pistol. Pankaj fell as soon as the bullet fired. The bullet came out touching his ear and head.

Family and local people took him to Primary Health Center Rudrapur. Seeing his condition serious from there, the doctors referred him to the district hospital. Ekauna Police Station Officer Bibi Rajbhar said that the condition of the victim is out of danger. A case has been registered against four people on the complaint of the victim. The main accused Surya Prakash Shukla has been arrested. The search is on for the other three accused.
