such a scam
There was a massive scam in the distribution of equipment to the differently-abled. The report was to be sent to the central government after getting the 10 percent disabled from the district level committee verified. On June 3, 2010, the list of 32 beneficiaries was sent to the Central Government along with the verification report. In the investigation conducted by Inspector Ramshankar Yadav, it was found that the seal of the designation of Tehsildar Kayamganj and CMO in the list verification is fake. No camp was organized at Kayamganj on 29 May 2010. Nor were equipments distributed to the handicapped.
