Sheela Devi resident of village Agraura police station Baksa, through advocate Samar Bahadur Yadav and Rishi Chandra Yadav, filed a complaint in the court against Superintendent of Police Sultanpur, STF in-charge DK Shahi, Kotwal Sultanpur, police station Baksa and other police personnel, alleging murder and murder conspiracy. Called after making police video When asked, he was told that he was being taken for questioning and would be released. On September 3 and 4, Baksa police came to the house at night and made a video saying that your son has not been at home for two-three months. On September 5, the police came and said to go to Sultanpur postmortem house and bring the body of your son Mangesh.
Murder was done by showing fake encounter I was stunned at this and started crying. Many people from the village came. The dead body was brought from the postmortem house after going to Sultanpur. Police also came along. The police took his son away from home and shot him dead. In order to show good work by showing a fake encounter of Mangesh, the Superintendent of Police, STF in-charge etc. murdered him.
Postmortem report has not been given till date Even after 15 days of depositing the fee of ₹100, the postmortem report of the boy has not been given till date. It was said that the SP has refused to give the postmortem report. A magisterial inquiry into the matter is underway. Shalini does not expect a fair investigation. Neither the officers who carried out the encounter were removed from their posts nor suspended. There is a possibility of police personnel influencing evidence and witnesses. Investigation of the matter is necessary.
