CBSE Scholarship: Application process for single girl child scholarship scheme starts, students can apply online till 10 December

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the application process for the Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme. Girl students who have passed class 10th examination in 2020 from CBSE affiliated schools can apply for this scholarship scheme. Eligible students can register by the official website cbse.nic.in till December 10.

According to the official notification issued in this regard, students can submit the online application till December 10, while the last date for submission of hard copy of the application form has been fixed December 28. Hard copies received after the last date will not be accepted. Students should note that CBSE scholarship will be given only to Indian citizens.

Who can apply?

All single girl students, who have secured 60 percent or more marks in CBSE class 10 examination and who are now studying in class 11 and 12 in CBSE schools, can apply for this. In addition, students whose tuition fees do not exceed 1500 per month are also eligible for this scholarship scheme. Students should note that CBSE scholarship will be given only to Indian citizens.
