All film makers are requested to apply for film certification within the stipulated time. Do not struggle for the certificate at the last moment. Every year approximately 12 thousand to 18 thousand films are given certificates.
It takes time for us to watch every movie. Sometimes we also have pressure from producers. Despite this, we watch each film and give them certificates with complete honesty.
The Censor Board has created some new protocols to reduce the involvement of third parties and middlemen.

- A mail ID will be made public by the Censor Board. If any agent tries to contact you by pretending to be a member of the Censor Board, you will complain against him without any delay.
