The Centre on Friday informed the Supreme Court that one more opportunity will be granted to those civil service aspirants who had their last chance to attempt the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam in October 2020 but were not able to appear due to Covid-19 pandemic. This one-time relaxation is only for those aspirants who are not age-barred and no relaxation shall be granted to those candidates who have not exhausted their permissible number of attempts.
