The district administration has so far taken action to confiscate property worth Rs 35 crore of former MLA from Gyanpur assembly seat of Bhadohi district, Vijay Mishra and his close ones. Presently former MLA Vijay Mishra is lodged in jail. Under the Gangster Act, the district administration is continuously taking action for attachment of properties.

Under the Gangster Act, the process of confiscation of properties by the administration is going on continuously. The property of Vijay Mishra and his close ones in Bhadohi, Prayagraj.
