Congress workers protested by lighting candles at the Shaheed Smarak in Lucknow against the terrorist attack in Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir. Prayers were offered for the peace of the souls of the pilgrims.

Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai said, the attack on the bus of pilgrims in Jammu and Kashmir is extremely sad and condemnable. People from our country and state who were going for darshan were killed. Their bus was attacked. In which many of our colleagues died.
He said, this is a big mistake of the government. And definitely attention should be paid to this. All of us gathered here and prayed for the peace of the souls of those who died. We prayed for the speedy recovery of those who are injured.
