Controversy started on Grade III Teacher Recruitment Examination: Unemployed demanded to release syllabus on the basis of topic, 46 thousand 500 posts will be recruited

The syllabus for the recruitment of Grade III teachers to be held for 46 thousand 500 posts in Rajasthan has been released. With the release of the syllabus, the students’ protest against the recruitment examination has also started. The youth preparing to become teachers say that the education department has released the syllabus only on the basis of numbers. In such a situation, the education department should release the complete syllabus as soon as possible. So that students preparing to become teachers can get time for preparation.

Upen Yadav, state president of Rajasthan Unemployment Unified Federation said that at present the syllabus has been divided on the basis of marks only. Whereas the syllabus should have been released on the basis of the topic in REET. Along with this the topics which are included in the syllabus. It is tough enough for teachers recruitment. In such a situation, after amending it, the detailed syllabus should be issued again.

Level-1 Syllabus

  • Geographical, Historical and Cultural Knowledge of Rajasthan : 90 Marks
  • Rajasthan General Knowledge, Educational Scenario, Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act and Current Affairs : 90 Marks
  • School Subject : 50 Marks
  • Educational Methodology : 40 Marks
  • Educational Psychology: 20 Marks
  • Information Technology: 10 Marks

Level-2 Syllabus

  • Geographical, Historical and Cultural Knowledge of Rajasthan : 70 Marks
  • General Knowledge of Rajasthan, Educational Scenario, Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act and Current Affairs: 60 Marks
  • Related School Subject : 120 Marks
  • Educational Methodology : 20 Marks
  • Educational Psychology: 20 Marks
  • Information Technology: 10 Marks

Level-2 exam was canceled

In fact, for 31 thousand posts in Rajasthan, more than 25 lakh candidates were conducted REET exam on September last year. After 36 days the result of REET was released. Out of this, 11 lakh four thousand 216 were declared eligible. Of these, 3 lakh three thousand 604 were declared eligible for level-1 and 7 lakh 73 thousand 612 for level-2. After the release of the results of the recruitment examination, the government canceled the level-2 examination in the controversy regarding the leak of the level-2 paper.
