The examinations are being postponed once again in the country amid rising cases of corona. In the same sequence, now the JEE Main examination for the third phase to be held in April has also been postponed for the present. The new exam date will be released soon. This examination was to be held from 27 to 30 April.

This year, the JEE Main exam is being conducted in four sessions. Under this, the examinations of the first two sessions have already been completed in February and March. After which the examination for the third phase was to be held on 27, 28, 29 and 30 April. But, at the moment these have been postponed.

According to the NTA, a total of 6,20,978 candidates appeared in the examination in the February session. Whereas in March the number was 5,56,248.
