The holidays of all doctors, officers, employees of the Health Department in Uttar Pradesh have been canceled. The Uttar Pradesh government has taken this decision keeping in mind the corona vaccination that is going to start this month. In an order issued by the Director General of Medical Health and Family Welfare, instructions have been given to cancel all types of holidays by 31 January.
The capacity to hold around 80 thousand liters of vaccine has been kept
It has been targeted to make complete preparations for storage of Corona vaccine in Uttar Pradesh. Currently, there is a capacity to hold around 80 thousand liters of vaccine. But with the arrival of Corona vaccine, 1.23 lakh liter vaccine is being kept and arranged. In this way, there will be a system of keeping 2.03 lakh liters of vaccine in UP by December. In the first phase, preparations are being made to apply corona vaccine to a total of four crore people, including front line workers and the elderly.
17 thousand employees will be engaged for vaccination
Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh said that as soon as the corona vaccine arrives in UP, preparations are being made to install it. Deep freezer is to be installed in 22 districts of the state to make room and maintain cold chain. After the instructions of the CM, it has been fully arranged in all 75 districts of the state. Vaccination training is being given to ANM and other medical staff. Vaccine will be given to front line workers first when vaccine is available. In UP, 17 thousand personnel will be engaged for vaccination.
Cold chain work going on in these districts
Agra, Ambedkaranagar, Azamgarh, Balrampur, Banda, Etah, Farrukhabad, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lalitpur, Mainpuri, Mathura, Muzaffarnagar, Prayagraj, Rae Bareli, Saharanpur, Sant Kabiranagar, Varanasi, Mirzapur, Room Barley Work is going on Rooms of 500 sq ft are being built here. Repair work is being done in the remaining districts.
Master trainer will provide vaccine training
Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad informed that along with storage of Kovid vaccine, arrangements are being made to install vaccine targeted groups. Along with this, the work of training technical people for the vaccine is also being done. According to which the master trainer has been trained. This master trainer will go to districts from Thursday and train the concerned health workers.
