Similarly, cases of eye infections in many COVID patients have increased with time. Conjunctivitis as it is popularly known as, which describes the reddening and swelling of white tissues in the eye, has been identified as a rare but prevalent symptom in coronavirus patients.
COVID-19 has also lead to a state of mental confusion in people. While fatigue and the feeling of tiredness has been recognized as a common symptom in COVID-19 patients, some individuals have also reported complaints of mental fatigue, also known as brain fog.
