Ghaziabad Crime Branch has arrested the accused who looted factories by taking guards hostage. A reward of Rs 25,000 was declared on the accused. 52 kg copper wire has been recovered from the possession of the accused. The arrested accused was recently released from jail after 7 years.

ADCP Crime Sachchidanand in Ghaziabad said that on September 7, unknown miscreants took the guard hostage at SP Electronic Engineer Work located on Patel Marg, broke the locks and looted the copper wire. The police team was continuously searching for the accused in this case. In this regard, Crime Branch Ghaziabad has arrested the leader of this gang, Nadeem alias Kallu, carrying a reward of Rs 25,000. Police interrogation revealed that Nadeem is illiterate. Before this he used to hawk clothes. But the family could not survive with that. Nadeem committed theft for the first time in 2002 in Keshav Puram, Delhi. Where it made good profits. After that he again started committing robbery with his associates. Recently, he was released from jail after 7 years and after that he started committing crimes again with his gang. Police have recovered 52.100 kg copper reel and a motorcycle from its possession.
