1. Both puja and namaz continued in Gyanvapi: On April 1, a petition was heard in the Supreme Court against the ban on worship in the Vyas basement of the Gyanvapi complex. In this, the lawyer of the mosque side presented his arguments demanding an immediate ban on the puja. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said- Puja in the Gyanvapi basement and namaz in the mosque will continue.

4. Production starts at Adani Total Gas's Barsana plant: On March 31, Adani Group company Adani Total Gas Limited started production at its plant in Barsana, Uttar Pradesh. This project is worth a total of Rs 200 crore, which is to be completed in three phases.

  • This is the first production facility of Adani Total Energies Biomass Limited (ATBL).
  • Which converts organic material into renewable biogas with the help of advanced anaerobic digestion technology.
