Dancer in trouble: Lucknow court issues arrest warrant against Sapna Chaudhary, hearing may be held till November 22

Bigg Boss 11 fame Sapna Chaudhary is in trouble. An arrest warrant has been issued against him by the Lucknow court. The court has issued a warrant against Sapna for allegedly canceling the program without informing and complaining of non-refund of audience money. The court has also ordered the police to hear the matter till November 22.

A case was registered against Sapna on October 14, 2018.

In fact, what happened was that on October 14, 2018, Inspector Firoz Khan had registered a case against Sapna at Ashiana police station. According to him, his program was to be held in Lucknow’s Smriti Upvan on October 13. The show was to be held between 3 pm and 10 pm and thousands of tickets for the event had already been sold out.

When Sapna did not come to the show, the crowd started creating a ruckus and the show organizers did not even return the money for the tickets of the crowd. The organizers of the event Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay are also accused in the case.

On November 22, the court has fixed the date of hearing of this case.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi has issued an arrest warrant against Sapna Chaudhary and ordered the police to produce Sapna in the court in the next hearing. The court has fixed November 22 for the next hearing of the case. On 22, the court is going to frame the charges against Sapna Chaudhary. In such a situation, it is necessary for the accused to be present in the court.

Earlier, Sapna had also filed a petition in the court seeking quashing of the FIR against her, but the court rejected her demand. Let us tell you, Sapna Chaudhary is a well-known dancer, performer and actress from Haryana. He got more fame from Bigg Boss 11.
