Rain will start first in East Uttar Pradesh i.e. Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Jaunpur, Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Ghazipur, Kushinagar, Deoria. After here rain will start in other districts. There is a possibility of good rains in the state this year.

The Meteorological Department has predicted that after Sunday evening, the movement of clouds in the sky will start with the east wind. The first shower of monsoon is expected on Monday. The first round of monsoon rains may occur in Gorakhpur from Monday to Wednesday.

It will rain from July 2
At the same time, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of light to moderate rain in the beginning. But, according to the forecast, after July 2, the period of heavy rains may start. Before the onset of monsoon, the effect of hot air i.e. heat wave may increase on the weather of Gorakhpur on Sunday. Along with this, the temperature will also increase. At the same time, the minimum night temperature will increase.
