Director Vivek Agnihotri said on casting Kangana-Alia together: I have no interest in doing this, if I think like this I will die.

Vivek Agnihotri’s film ‘The Vaccine War’ is in theaters these days. The film has given average performance at the box office so far. Meanwhile, in an interview, the director talked about casting Alia Bhatt and Kangana Ranaut in the same film.

Said- If I think like this, I will die
In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, the director was asked whether he could make a film by casting Alia Bhatt and Kangana Ranaut together? On this Vivek said, ‘If I start thinking like this, I will definitely die. Who thinks this way? How can anyone even think this?

Alia Bhatt has received the National Award. I had also received the National Award at the same time, so I congratulated him. When Kangana won the National Award, I also wished her.

Vivek recently met Kangana Ranaut.

What do I have to do with his life?
Vivek further said, ‘I recently met Alia at an award function. I really liked the way he met me. Whenever Kangana meets me, she meets me very lovingly. If I put two people together in a film, what do I have to do with their lives? I don’t have any such hobby.

Earlier in an interview, while talking about Alia, Vivek had said, ‘I am a fan of Alia Bhatt and Allu Arjun. I feel that Alia is a part of my family.

He has creative intelligence and that’s why I like his growth. He is a perfect example of how an actor should mature.

Kangana had praised ‘The Vaccine War’
Recently, Kangana also supported Vivek’s film ‘The Vaccine War’. He scolded those people who were giving wrong reviews about this film. Kangana had said- ‘Should success be measured only by the collection of the film? Vaccine War has got the best reviews.. and isn’t a film that is well made a success in itself?

Earned Rs 5.5 crore in 4 days
On the work front, Vivek’s film ‘The Vaccine War’ has earned around Rs 5.5 crore in four days. Nana Patekar, Raima Sen, Pallavi Joshi and Anupam Kher are seen in the lead roles in the film.
