A meeting between 15 member Khap Chaudharys was held at CM Yogi Adityanath’s residence. In particular, the issue of electricity, sugarcane price increase and stray cattle were also raised, but there was a peasant movement at the center.

Khap representatives said that sugarcane is the main crop in western UP. The government should focus on the betterment of sugarcane farmers. The rise in electricity rates is causing a crisis in the payment of electricity bills.
