The market has been built by illegally occupying the land of Government Nuzul
Etah’s former District Panchayat President and Samajwadi Party’s strong leader Jugendra Singh Yadav and his brother Samajwadi Party Aliganj’s former MLA Rameshwar Singh Yadav started the process of demolishing the market located in Mandi Samiti.
This market is named after Ram Murti, wife of former MLA Rameshwar Yadav from Aliganj Vidhan Sabha seat, Rekha Yadav, wife of SP leader Jugendra Singh Yadav, who was twice district panchayat president, and Amita Kedo, wife of Vinod Yadav, nephew of Jugendra Singh Yadav.

A force of about 10 police stations under the leadership of ADM Administration Vivek Mishra and SDM Sadar Abdul Kalam, EO Etah Municipality DK Varshney, Additional Superintendent of Police Etah OP Singh, CO of all four circles, PAC and Fire Brigade officers and employees took two bulldozers on the spot. Came to destroy the market. Earlier, the accountants measured the land by putting jarib and the Electricity Department cut the electric lines coming in the market so that there would be no accident due to electric current.
Jugendra Singh accused the officers
The forces of all the police stations of the district had been gathered since morning. When SP leader Jugendra Singh Yadav came to know about it, he reached District Officer Etah Ankit Kumar Agrawal and Senior Superintendent of Police Etah Uday Shankar Singh to show the stay of Etah Civil Judge Senior Division. According to Jugendra Singh, both the officers did not see the stay. He could not even meet the district officer.
Jugendra Singh Yadav had a fight with the administrative officers
After this, Jugendra Singh reached his market located at Mandi Committee on National Highway-91 with his lawyer Varun Johri and showed and received the copy of the stay to Additional District Officer Administration Vivek Mishra and Deputy District Officer Etah Abdul Kalam present on the spot. But neither of the two officers received the copy of the stay. During this, there was a heated argument between the SP leader Jugendra Singh Yadav and the police and administrative officials.
Market has been made by illegal occupation: District Administration
The district administration says that this market has been created by illegally occupying the government Nuzul land of Kotwali and Nala in the regulated area without passing the map. Therefore, this step has been taken as per the policy and instructions of the Uttar Pradesh administration to take action against the land mafia.
SP leader Jugendra Singh, who reached the spot, said that despite the stay of the Civil Court Senior Division, the district administration is breaking us illegally. He said that all this is being done illegally at the behest of local BJP leaders as part of the retaliatory action after being shocked by my victory in the district panchayat elections. He said that against this I will go to the High Court and the Supreme Court.
