- Traffic diversion due to Akhilesh and Yogi’s road-show today: Even the vehicles passing by will not get entry in Kanpur.
Due to the public meeting and road-show of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav in Kanpur on Friday, traffic diversion has been done on many routes of the city. If any vehicle rider enters these routes even after the ban, then action will be taken against him. Pass holder vehicles will also not be allowed entry on this route during the programme.

– From 12.00 noon till the end of the program, vehicles going from Kalyanpur crossing to the venue of Panki canal will be able to go to their destination by turning left from Kalyanpur crossing to Goa Garden.
From 12.00 noon till the end of the program, vehicles going from Panki Mandir to Kalyanpur Crossing will be able to turn right from Panki Mandir and go towards their destination from Bhatia Tirahe.
From 12.00 noon till the end of the program, no traffic will be allowed from Bagahi crossroads towards Kidwainagar. This traffic will be able to turn right from the garden and go towards its destination via Marble Market.
From 12.00 noon till the end of the program, no vehicle can go towards Kidwai Nagar from site number-1. Such vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations via Marble Market and Sote Wala Hanuman Temple.
From 12.00 noon till the end of the program, no vehicle will be able to go towards Kidwainagar from Shani Dev Mandir Tiraha. This vehicle will be able to go to its destination by turning left from Shani Dev temple via Sanjay Van.
No heavy vehicle will be able to go towards Kidwai Nagar from Transport Nagar and Yashoda Nagar. After the program ends, heavy vehicles will be able to move on the said route.
Passed vehicles will also not get entry-
Passes with all types of commercial vehicles will not be valid on February 18. In view of the VIP program, all the vehicle owners and drivers should ensure that their vehicles are not operated on the designated routes on 18.02.22. If any passer-by driver is found operating his vehicle during the said period, then action will be taken against him.
