DM concerned officers during the meeting
During the administration meeting in Bareilly on Wednesday, DM Shivakant Dwivedi has issued instructions to all the concerned departmental officers to complete the preparations before the flood. He said that the deployment and mobile numbers of the employees related to the flood posts should be made available to the concerned officers. He said that the availability of medicines and vaccines should be ensured from now on for diseases caused to animals after floods. During this, he said that the availability of motor boats etc. should also be ensured by PAC.
DM presided over the steering group meeting
DM was presiding over the meeting of the Steering Group before the flood to deal with the floods in Bareilly district in the Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday. SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan, Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Santosh Bahadur Singh, Executive Engineer Barh Division Rajendra Kumar and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
DM Shivakant Dwivedi said that due to floods in Bareilly, the villages around Ram Ganga river and Kichha river are affected to a great extent. Necessary process should also be started regarding the necessary deployment of army personnel at the most affected places. He directed the Executive Engineer, Flood Division, that he must hold a meeting related to flood once in a week.
He said that at least two boats should also be arranged in the flood affected areas. So that there is no hindrance in the rescue work for the flood affected people. During this meeting, DM has given instructions to make arrangements for medicines etc. to deal with all kinds of diseases caused to animals after floods.
