A video of dogs tearing sick cows into pieces in a cow shed in Kannauj district is going viral. In which it is seen that a cow is lying helpless on the ground inside the cow shed. Which is being torn into pieces by a group of dogs. After the video went viral, those responsible termed it old and put the blame on those who stand to gain in the elections by defaming the government.
