22 passengers were injured when the double-decker bus overturned on the Lucknow Express Highway near Unnao.

  • All the injured have been referred to the district hospital

The journey of accidents on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway is becoming increasingly dangerous. On Sunday, while going from Delhi to Bahraich in Unnao, the Lucknow-Agra Expressway overturned uncontrollably as the driver blinked. Eight of the 22 injured are serious in this accident. All the injured were referred to District Hospital from CHC of Bangarmau. The condition of eight of the injured is stated to be critical.

There were about 82 passengers in the double decker bus going from Delhi to Bahraich. On Sunday, near the Sirdharpur village, kilometer 227, on the expressway route in Bangarmau area in Bhor Pahar, the driver was uncontrolled and hit the divider and overturned. At the time of this incident there was a scream in all the passengers.

22 people were seriously injured in the incident. Those who were admitted by ambulance to the Community Health Center, Bangarmau, Unnao, from where all were referred to the district hospital.
