According to the reports, NDPS court has issued summons to all the 33 accused in the drugs case related to Sushant Singh Rajput case.

The special NDPS court has praised the NCB chargesheet filed in the drug case involving the late Sushant Singh Rajput. According to the court, at first glance the charge sheet seems to be very well prepared. The NCB filed this charge sheet on 5 March. In this charge sheet of about 12 thousand pages, 33 people were accused, including Sushant’s girlfriend actress Riya Chakraborty, his brother Shovik Chakraborty. 5 were reported to be absconding.

What did the court say in praise of the charge sheet?

NDPS court praised, “See Complaint or Charge sheet. The complainant has to depend on CDR as well as documents of mobile numbers of Reliance Jio, Vodafone, Airtel etc. Depends. At first glance the allegations of the complaint seem to be well investigated. “

NCB also provided digital evidences

The NCB had also given a 50,000-page digital avidity with its charge sheet. These include WhatsApp chats between the accused, their call data records and other evidence including bank documents. The statements of more than 200 witnesses were also included in this.

Summons issued to all 33 accused

According to the reports, the court has issued summons to all the 33 accused. In view of the outbreak of Corona virus, the court has divided all the accused into three categories according to their allegations. So that there is not too much crowd in the court. Also, the court has instructed all the accused that whether they are in judicial custody or out on bail, they will have to appear before them on the due date.

If the charges are dropped, there will be no case in the court

In the next stage, the Prosecution will submit a draft charge. The accused can also submit a discharge petition. After that the court will decide the charges. Once the charges are framed, the trial will begin in court. But if charges are dropped from an accused, then there will be no case against him in NDPS court.

Sushant’s case came to NCB

Two months after Sushant’s death, his father filed a case in Patna. The case was against 5 people including Sushant’s girlfriend Riya and Riya’s family members. They were all accused of grabbing Rs 15 crore of Sushant. After this, Riya requested the Supreme Court to transfer this case to Mumbai.

The case was handed over to the CBI by the apex court. This is where the Enforcement Directorate (ED) entry took place in this case and the investigation of Riya’s WhatsApp chat revealed an angle of drugs. After getting a chat related to drugs, the Narcotics Control Bureau entered and the racket of big drugs running in Bollywood was busted.
