Let us tell you that Manish Singh, resident of Barabanki, Abhay Singh and Dinesh Kashyap, resident of Jankipuram, together drank alcohol while sitting at the sweet intersection on Saturday. After this all three left for Charbagh. Reached Raj Bhavan located at Hazratganj near Gate No. 6. Then a fight started between the three over some issue.
Argument was going on. Then Dinesh attacked Manish on the head with a brick. Due to which blood started coming out from Manish’s head. Seeing the fight going on, when the passers-by tried to intervene, the accused Dinesh entered Gate No. 6 of Raj Bhavan and stood near the security personnel posted inside.

This whole ruckus continued for half an hour. But during this time the police patrolling bike or jeep was not visible. The people present nearby made the entire video of the incident. Fighting is clearly visible in the video.
In the incident, Inspector Vikram Singh says that after registering a case, he has arrested the accused and sent them to jail.
