Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police two days ago. The court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days. Gurugram Police will bring Elvish Yadav from Uttar Pradesh to Haryana on production warrant. He will be interrogated in the case related to the assault on YouTuber Maxtern. For this, preparations are being made to file a petition in Ghaziabad court.

The truth of the viral video came out
The truth behind the crying video of Elvish's mother has now come to light. According to media reports, this video is seven months old, which has been taken from one of his old vlogs. People are now making this video viral with a false claim, after watching which people are feeling that Elvish's mother is now crying.

On March 7, Elvish along with his friends had beaten him.

Elvish Yadav, along with his associates, had assaulted YouTuber Maxtern alias Sagar Thakur in a shop in Gurugram on March 7. The video of the fight also surfaced on March 8. In the video, Elvish Yadav was seen slapping Maxtern. YouTuber accused Elvish Yadav of threatening to kill him.

After this, a case was registered under sections 147, 149, 323, 506 of IPC against 8 to 10 people including Elvish in Sector 53 police station of Gurugram.

The police had called on March 18

Haryana Police officials say that Elvish was issued a notice to appear in the attack case on March 18 (Monday). However, Elvish has already been taken into custody by Noida Police, so no communication has been received. Gurugram Police is expected to bring Elvish to Gurugram soon under production warrant for further action related to the attack case.
