Under the strict supervision of the administration, the sixth day intermediate examination was conducted in a peaceful environment at 60 centers in the district. DEO Sanjeev Kumar said that the examination was not expelled on Saturday on charges of misconduct from any examination center. Of the total 27,132 candidates appearing for the examination, 26,828 appeared and 304 were absent. In the first shift, students of Science and Commerce Faculty conducted the examination of Economics for Hindi and Arts Faculty. In the first shift, 18,867 candidates appeared while in the second shift 7,961 candidates appeared. The first shift took place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Examiners and their guardians started appearing at the examination center at eight o’clock in the morning. The examiners were allowed inside only after the admit card and physical examination at the main gate. The second shift exam started at 1:45 pm and concluded at 5:00 pm. Deputed magistrates and police officers patrolled every examination center throughout the day for the examination to conduct a peaceful and malpractice-free examination. So far 22 candidates have been expelled from the examination on charges of misconduct. There are also instructions to follow the Corona Guidelines at the examination centers.
