Hostels and ashrams run by Tribal Affairs Department in Madhya Pradesh will open from 22 February. In this regard, the Madhya Pradesh Government Tribal Affairs Department has issued orders. Accordingly, the class 10, class 12 and board / college-level academic institutions (hostels and ashrams etc.) are being started for the remaining time in the education session 2020-21. In this, it will be mandatory for the students / employees concerned to follow the guide line issued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and India for protection from Kovid-19.
Closed since lockdown
All hostels were closed after lockdown in the state. Under this, Tribal Affairs Department and Scheduled Caste Welfare Department also closed all hostels operated in schools. Now the 10th and 12th board examinations start in late April. In such a situation, it has been decided to open hostels for the convenience of children.
1100 children admitted in 50 hostels in Bhopal
The Tribal Affairs Department has about 50 hostels in Bhopal. Of these, about 1100 students of 10th, class 12th and board / college level have taken admission. It has been decided to open the play ground along with the hostel. A meeting in this regard was held on 3 February. A new guide line was issued as per the instructions of the same. Its guide line will be released today to open the hostel.
