Four died in three separate road accidents in Kanpur. The first accident took place in Chakeri police station area and second in Maharajpur and third in Bidhanu. The police sent the four bodies to the postmortem house. The relatives became infuriated on the information.

Bike rider dies after coming under dumper
Patara Gadrianpurwa resident Jitendra Pal age 20 years son Ramesh Pal was preparing for competitive exams by staying in Kanpur along with his partner Vinay Pal age 19 years son Surendra Pal. Due to the festival of Holi, both the bike riders were returning to the village, in the meantime, as soon as both the bike riders reached in front of Afzalpur village, the high speed trolla coming from behind hit the bike. He died under the rear wheels. While driving the bike, Vinay fell off the highway side and got minor injuries. The trolley driver who was running away after the accident was chased by the local people and caught in front of Bidhanu police station and handed over to the police.

Bike collided with the divider on the highway, two died
Bhaiya Lal, 30, a resident of Bajkheda village in Maharajpur, had left the bike along with his village mates Omprakash and Gulab Yadav. The relatives told that they had left the house after asking all three to see an injured friend in the hospital. While returning, his bike lost control and hit the divider near Maharajpur on the highway. Due to which Bhaiya Lal and Omprakash were seriously injured. While Gulab sustained minor injuries. Police reached the spot and sent the injured to Kanshi Ram Hospital. Where the doctors declared Bhaiya Lal and Oprakash dead. Station in-charge Satish Rathore said that further action is being taken after informing the relatives of the deceased.

Dumper hit bike rider, death
Rajkumar Vishwakarma, 45, a resident of Vimanpuri in Sanigwan, was a furniture artisan. Relatives told that he was returning home from Ramadevi on Wednesday afternoon. Then while climbing the bridge, a speeding dumper coming from behind hit his bike. Due to which Rajkumar came under the truck and got seriously injured. After the incident, the accused driver fled leaving the dumper. Police reached the spot and admitted Rakkumar to Kanshi Ram Hospital. From where the helmet was referred. At the same time, the doctor declared him dead in the helmet. Station in-charge Ratnesh Singh said that after informing the relatives of the deceased, the truck has been taken into custody. Further action is being taken.
