In the report, the former MLA said that on September 28, apart from the driver of his tractor, Virendra Kumar, son of Gangaram, Rinku Thakur, son of Jitendra Singh, Lakhmi Chand, son of Babulal, resident of Gambhir Patti, Bisana, police station Chandpa, district Hathras, plowed the fields and returned to Hathras with the tractor through Tipras road. At that time, around 4.30 pm, the accused arrived with 10-11 associates on 7-8 bikes between Tipras and Nagla Chokha. These people had pistols, iron rods and sticks. These people stopped the tractor by firing with the intention of killing.
It is alleged that these people removed Virendra, Rinku Thakur and Lakhmi Chand from the tractor, used caste based abuses and beat them with the intention of killing them and caused serious injuries. All three were also treated. The police have now registered a case in this matter on the complaint of the former MLA.
