Bhadohi. Aurai Police and Crime Branch team has got great success in the district. Where a joint team of police has arrested five accused near Rampur police station village Kotigaon of Jaunpur district in an attempt to kidnap and kill a coal trader. Two vicious criminals are still absconding. A truck and a four wheeler vehicle along with 25 tonnes of coal have been recovered from them. Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar told in a press conference that a reward of 25 thousand will also be given to the team that made the disclosure.

In the auditorium of Police Line Gyanpur, Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar told through a press conference that during the attempt of the accused to kidnap and kill a coal trader from near Ugapur canal at around 22.50 pm on April 24, 25 loaded in the truck. Tons of coal were looted. On the application given by the plaintiff Mo Shamshad Alam, resident of Raigad Khairpur, Chhattisgarh, a case was registered against the police station Aurai. In which the names of seven accused had come to light. Out of which five accused have been arrested and sent to jail. Along with this, documents of truck UP 66 T 1005 including 25 tonnes of coal were also recovered from the accused.

Cash prize also announced
Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar said that the arrested accused include Ghanshyam Giri, Panchdev son of Kishori Giri resident of Kotigaon police station Rampur, Sunil Kumar Giri son of Chandrabali Giri Kotigaon, Siddharth Vishwakarma son of lawyer Vishwakarma resident of Dhanuha police station Rampur, Ankit Mishra son of Suresh Mishra resident of Raghoram Patti police station. All the districts of Rampur are residents of Jaunpur. While Deepak Tiwari’s son Lal Chandra alias Lallan Tiwari resident Dhanuha police station Rampur and Rahul Pandey’s son Late Lalji Pandey resident of Raghoram Patti police station Rampur district, Jaunpur are out of the grip of police. He will also be sent behind the bars soon and has also announced to give a cash prize of twenty five thousand rupees to the team which successfully disclosed the above case.
