The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai has opened the correction window to improve the admit card. Candidates appearing in the examination can make corrections by January 13 if there is any mistake in the admit card. At the same time, the candidates who have not yet downloaded the admit card for the examination can download it from the official website.
Examination will start from 5 February
For correction in the admit card, the candidates will have to contact the respective zonal GATE office via email with a copy of the admit card to IIT Mumbai. Students will have to email the subject line admit card with corrections. This time the GATE examination will be conducted between 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14 February. The exam will be held in two shifts from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Results will be released on 22 March
The result of GATE 2021 will be released on 22 March. The exam to be conducted in computer based test mode will be of three hours. Through GATE, IIT institutes in the country get admission in engineering, architecture and masters courses. This exam is being conducted for 27 subjects. A total of 100 marks will be asked in the exam, for which IIT Mumbai has recently issued admit cards.
