Gayatri Prasad Prajapati, former mining minister of Uttar Pradesh, is facing increasing difficulties. Reports of forgery, intimidation and indecency were lodged at the police station late Thursday against former minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati, her son Anil Prajapati, the rape victim and an unknown on the tahrir of Brijbhuvan Chaubey, resident of Khargapur Saraswatipuram Gomtinagar Extension. The victim Brijbhuvan Chaubey was a director in Gayatri’s company.
It is alleged that Gayatri Prajapati had colluded with a woman resident of Chitrakoot who lodged an FIR for rape. The victim has accused all of their crores of land in the name of the rape victim and charged them money. The former minister’s son had also given two crore rupees to the woman to change the statement in the rape case. Despite this, the demand for women increased.
According to Brijbhuvan Chaubey, Gayatri and her son Anil had got their land in Khargapur also named after the woman. According to the victim, the accused removed him from the post of director of the company without paying salary and forcibly signed several papers.
Lawyer was threatened, stop lobbying
On September 11, an FIR was lodged in Ghazipur police station by the victim’s lawyer Dinesh Tripathi against Gayatri and the victim and her daughter. The lawyer has alleged that the victim had stopped lobbying in court after Gayatri was booked for rape.
Gayatri threatened the lawyer by staying in jail from the victim’s mobile phone to stop lobbying in court. The lawyer lodged an FIR alleging that the woman accused of rape was overturned, the side was slanderous, Gayatri bought her and now the two together want to kill her.
