Haryana State Health Society under National Health Mission Haryana, NHM Haryana has invited applications for the 787 Mid Level Health Provider cum Community Health Officer (MLHP-cum-CHO) posts. This recruitment is being done to improve the primary health care service at sub center level health and wellness centers which will be in 18 districts of Haryana.
Eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Mid Level Health Provider cum Community Health Officer can apply online till 6 April 2022.
Selection Process
After the application there will be an OMR based exam. It will be organized on April 24 in Chandigarh/Panchkula.

salary
After being recruited to the posts of Mid Level Health Provider cum Community Health Officer, the salary will be 25000 / – per month for the first five years. After completing five years of service, salary and increment will be as per Pay Band-2 -9300-34800-4800-18750.
Eligibility
- BAMS OR B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree with Six Months Mid Level Health Provider Bridge Course Programme.
- B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with Mid Level Health Provider Course Integrated in B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Course.
- BAMS OR B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree.
Age Range
Candidates age should be between 18 to 42 years.
