The process of appointment to 594 posts has started in the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Mines, Government of Jharkhand. A total of 594 posts will be appointed in different categories in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperation Department and Mines Department. In this, 592 posts are regular and two posts are of backlog. The appointment to these posts will be done through Jharkhand Technical/Special Qualification Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination-2022.

To appear in this examination, candidates belonging to the unreserved category must have passed Matriculation and Intermediate from educational institutions of Jharkhand besides possessing other qualifications. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation from this. Candidates must have knowledge of local customs, language and environment.

To appear in this competitive examination, candidates will be able to apply online from June 15 to July 13. The examination fee will be paid by the midnight of 16th July. The link for taking print out of application by uploading photograph and signature will remain open till July 19. Candidates will be able to make any kind of amendment in the online application till July 20-22.

Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted in one phase (main exam). Objective type and multiple choice questions will be asked in this. One question will be of three marks. Three marks will be awarded for every correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. This exam will be of three papers.

The first paper will be of language knowledge. However, it will be necessary to score 30 percent marks in it. The second paper will be of tribal and regional language and the third paper will be of the subject of related specialty and general knowledge. It will be necessary to get at least 30 percent marks in the second paper as well.
