Gujarat Titans Batsman Kane Williamson Ruled Out Of IPL 2023

Kane Williamson, who was the captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad last year, was bought by defending champions Gujarat Titans at his base price of Rs 2 crore in the IPL mini auction last year.
Star batter Kane Williamson has been ruled out of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Williamson suffered an injury while fielding for Gujarat Titans GT during the match against Chennai Super Kings and didn’t return to bat.
Williamson, who was the captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad last year, was bought by defending champions Gujarat Titans at his base price of Rs 2 crore in the IPL mini auction last year.
Williamson has scored 2101 runs from 77 career matches in the IPL so far at an average of 36.22 and strike rate of 126.03.
